SMARTLOG VENRAY is a new, high quality logistics distribution centre development, strategically located in North Limburg in the Smakterheide business park. Its immediate proximity to the German hinterland and its multimodal infrastructure are just a few of the excellent features that have resulted in many European Distribution Centres being based here. Smakterheide business park distinguishes itself through the large scale logistics activities carried out there. This logistics hotspot is where Flextronics, Ceva, XPO, Jabil and Moduslink are based for example.

The area of the logistics complex is 53,145 m² and consists of 3 high quality DCs including mezzanine and officer space. All DCs are fitted with an ESFR sprinkler system (centralised water supply) and therefore suitable for storing mechanise.
