WareHouser Consultants is a division of Hauzer & Partners Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V., a leading company active in many facets of real estate such as buying, selling, renting and valuation of commercial property in the north and central regions of Limburg. Hauzer & Partners is a member of NVM (the Dutch branch organisation of real estate agents and appraisers) and through its affiliation has access to the international networks of Fiabci, European Property Federation, TEGoVa and European Association of Real Estate Professions.
One of the estate agents/appraisers is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The appraisers are affiliated with the NRVT (Register of Real Estate Appraisers in the Netherlands, commercial real estate - industrial). The scope of Hauzer & Partners Bedrijfsmakelaardij covers business, offices and retail premises in a broad sense. The sole focus of WareHouser Consultants is logistics real estate, such as warehousing or DCs.
